I'm an experienced senior designer specialising in branding and integrated design solutions.
I believe in understanding the whole 'story' of a brand, and finding the best solutions to communicate that story and character to the target audience. My skills have been implemented in many sectors including financial, technology, not-for-profit, B2B, B2C, food, e-commerce, health & beauty, sport, travel & tourism, security, etc.
My strong areas are branding, print and packaging design, and UI/UX design, but I have covered most other areas including advertising, exhibition, POS, email marketing, literature etc. I have a high level of print and pre-press artworking skills, but also have a broad range of technical knowledge of web technologies/infrastructure and can converse/liaise with devs on web projects to ensure a successful outcome. I'm a confident self-starter, able to manage complete projects from start to finish, can present to clients and justify and explain design decisions.
Outside of work, I go to as many gigs as I can, practice my Japanese calligraphy, play guitar and piano, and do my best to create my own music.
